FOX THERM-ALL® COAT FT220 is a textured, acrylic polymer-based, UV-resistant, elastomeric exterior coating material that protects reinforced concrete structural elements against frost damage, carbonation, and the destructive effects of various salts.

The FOX THERM-ALL® COAT FT220 Granular coating with a film thickness of 0.40 mm has the carbon dioxide (CO2) diffusion resistance equivalent to 20 cm thick concrete.
FOX THERM-ALL® COAT FT220 Granular elongates up to 300% of its initial film thickness.
Has the ability to bridge cracks even at freezing temperatures.
It is flexible, achieving excellent elasticity of 98% in 24 hours. It is resistant to freeze-thaw cycles.
It has high durability.
It is vapor permeable, allowing the surface to dry easily after application. It is solvent-free.
